Yeah what is it with the foreigner arm wrestling challenge thing?

I kept getting challenged in Turkey a few years back. We were buying a rug and we’d haggled the salesman down from £800 to £500 when he said we could have the rug for free if I could beat his brother in law in an arm wrestle. Obviously he was pretty confident I’d lose. I wasn’t keen because I hadn’t even seen this guy, but he ran out excitedly and got him from another shop so I didn’t have much choice. I was expecting some 7ft tall hairy foreheaded behemoth, but he was a normal sized guy, bigger than me, but he didn’t look like he lifted. Anyway, surrounded by a group of locals, I just managed to beat him and then the filthy, greasy, lying Turkish bastard laughed uncomfortably and said he’d just been joking all along. Fucker!! So I paid the full £500 for the rug and had a sore shoulder the rest of my holiday.

And you incline numbers are redic. If my flat bench numbers get to that level I’ll be thinkin I’m the boss.

Great push ups, hell great lifting. When going for the max mp, go a little narrower than usual unless your hands are usually very narrow. Hope that made sense.
