Great pressing, I keep meaning to try doing backoff set but don’t. I’ve always associated them with bodybuilding for some reason. The pump I guess.

NOTES: Had to cut the session short had a doc appointment. This is week 5 of the Germanone DL program, absolutely loved the T n G DL. Would of done some more row work and face pulls if I had time. I’m starting to get a love jones for this front squat thing, now I know its light weight but bare in mind I have never done them before and refuse to let my ego fuck me up anymore. So all in all a decent session…will be backn at it tomorrow and then Im off to Punta Cana for a week, I will do some sort of workout over there, Ill bring my bands and do some ghey pink dumbell stuff as well.
