NOTES: Felt great to go back in the gym yesterday felt surprisingly good, today I did my workout in a park as I was in my hometown of Queens for softball so after my doubleheader I did about 40 minutes of the above…I took off the shirt showed the little knuckleheads how beefy guys do work!
Glad moving is done. When we move, which should be sometime in the next couple of years, it is going to really suck. Been in the same house ten years now, and despite it feeling like we are always dumping stuff at Good Will or Salvation Army we have a ton of crap.
Thanks Pete I appreciate it, it was effing brutal, the amount of junk that we had was ridiculous, I always considered myself the anti-hoarder and we still had tons of absolute worthless junk, I guess my best piece of advice is start packing and throwing stuff out NOW lol!
I’ve moved from apartment to apartment every few years or so, and believe me, it really gives you the motivation to throw stuff out. I’ll probably move when I get a new job, not much around here, so have been tossing. It feels great!
My parents lived in the same house for 35 yrs, and when they moved into the nursing home, my sister & brother filled up 3 dumpsters with junk, then auctioned off everything else. Don’t do this to your kids!!

LOL…geez I will never subject them to that![/quote]
what?! If my kids put me in a nursing home I’d be like, “Have fun moving all my filthy shit out, you ungrateful bastards!” In fact, I’m going to start “hoarding” the minute I pop the first one out just in case…
Jk! I don’t care if my kids put me in a home. We’ll probably be evacuating the planet earth by then anyways, and I’ll just voluntarily stay behind awaiting the imminent implosion. waves white hankie at rocket ship
Glad all went well Matty! And that you’re back in training - and not too shabby training at that!

NOTES: Everything felt heavy, had no business trying the 225 MP, it wasnt happenin today. But I got it in it simply felt good to be back to a schedule even if the session was simply ordinary. Right now im going to make love to my foam roller, that ghetto playground workout I did on Sunday has me sore as fuck!
Not today bro, I wasnt at peak strength or at least that is the excuse Im making up lol. Seriously though, I hit 215, Im confident I will hit those 2 plates sooner rather than later, the 500 DL im not so sure.
