Deads looked a LOT better than they did and you’ll definitely be moving up in weight quickly. Great pressing too. That’s a good attempt at the second at 210 and I thought that you had it. Funny, that’s where I fail on that lift too.

Ouch, about 3 hours sleep last night, DLing today this should be interesting. One of my dogs decided to cry incessantly at about 3am, and had explosive diarhea, shes super fluffy so I had to clean all the dingleberries from her ass, or else my comforter would of been her own personal bidet.

I feel you I think I got about 4 hours, the wifes dog was whining till midnight and she finally had to go put him in his cage outside the room.

I used 1000mg of Green Tea Extract + Large black coffee about 40 minutes before the session; no horsing around. LOL.

I’m in for a race to 500, I’ve pulled 425 before but then switched to sumo. Right now I’m only at 400 or so but I’m drinking milk and one day I’ll pull 500.
