NOTES…Everything felt heavy, my shoulder was all hinky, I believe I mentally psyched myself out the minute I got up, I felt sore and achy and told myself that it was gonna be a tough one. cant do that.
Thanks Snap! I actually always remember what you and Pete have told me with regards to getting the slack out of my arms so I really took it to heart and seems to have improved my pull. With regards to band pressing I have read on more than a few occasions that going to low on the incline can kill your shoulders so its more of a preventative measure since my shoulders are screwed already.

NOTES: I watched the whole can you think you can squat series, very good followed some of Matts cues and added some of the assistance he was advising. I really still feel like Im going backwards with my squat, almost like I am trying to remember too many things while doing and their falling out of my pea size brain. Lower back really started locking up, which is a tell tale sign of a weak area. Fuck man, I need me some sympathy burgers STAT!
Dday - Lol thanks man, I wish they could help with the DL! I tried the JM presses today, gonna take some getting used to and work not turning them into skull crushers but it was a cool change of pace.
Yeah, Matty, I’m going through the same problem with squats. Trying to remember an endless list of steps, and as if that wasn’t enough, have to remember to throw in a little hip twist for my scoliosis.
And don’t think about the fact that Snapper has a magnifying glass on you looking for flaws . . . .
Lol thanks Printski and Kent…Nikki I shat a sympathy cow today…
Happy memorial day!
