All the talk of milk makes me nostalgic. When I was 18 I used to leave work, go straight to the supermarket and by a 6 pt bottle of whole milk and a large treacle tart and eat that every evening in my bedroom in addition to all my normal meals.

This is EXACTLY what I did the night before. 405 was butter, 465 was a constipated elephant.

I can’t make jumps that big. My system just doesn’t feel ready. I would need to do a single at 425 or 435 to get my CNS (yes, I said the C word) amped up and being able to have that internal conversationā€¦ā€œJust another 30 lbs. Even Annie could lift another 30 lbs.ā€

I dunno what I was thinking with making that big of a jump, I guess I didnt want to waste myself if I was going for a PR, but now I know my body isnt made up that way.

Woot! Race is on. Now we have 2 races in the over 35 section. Hopefully this one moves faster than the MP race to 300#.
