Thanks guys, DJ I have to check it out I have been meaning too, I definitely will. James I had a lot of fun today and really like Wendler’s approach this time around, he really gives you the flexibility to fit in comfortably with a template that reflects your goals, mine being strength and hypertrophy
^ I think it is worth the time, just little things to work on that can make a big difference.
I am liking the new 5/3/1 book and I’m going to adopt it after my meet.

Yeah bro, I have been using bands for about year now, but not for DLing.
I guess they’re just new to me and I’m like a kid at his first visit to Toys R Us!! LOL
^They really do add an extra dimension, provides a different feel and can help you IMO break PRs, I love em
Don’t forget bands for RDLs!
Shit I gotta do that again too. Just do them on a day where you’re not expecting to walk the following day. Burns so good. They’re also nice as a warm-up for squats or something. Best way to activate glutes IMO
