The benches were super low and my butt inevitably drifted from the bench. These were also touch and go.

I had to use a 100 lb plate because the 45’s are too thick by themselves to fit onto the bar. The plate also elevated the bar 0.75-1" above it’s original position. I think the 45’s are the proper radius though.
Not counting the bench or deadlift. Went alright overall I guess.

As far as I know bumper plates are the standard radius and they are bigger than typical gym 45s. I’m not sure if they were the same size as the 45s they were using, but maybe you just have small 45s. I’m kind of talking out of my ass here, though.
