Hi, I recently bought Xenadrine, and starting using it, I was wanting to know your opinions on it and any info you can give me for maximum results.
Wow. Yet ANOTHER case of buying something first, and then looking for advice or reviews of it afterward. Doesn’t anybody investigate a product BEFORE buying it anymore? It’s no wonder supplements make billions!
I’m pretty sure everyone here is biased towards Biotest products… so they’ll tell you to take that shit back and get some MD6. I’m not sure about the cost of Xenadrine, but I get my MD6 at this local discount nutrition store and the price is right. I’m sure it works a helluva lot better too. www.biotestedge.com … look at it.
Pretty generic stuff. I like yohimbe and 5-HTP as well as EC so I prefer MD6. Nothing really come close. Stack it with T2pro for ultimate results.
I prefer MD6, but I’ll help you out anyway. Just keep your diet in line, most importantly keep calories 11-12x bodyweight, and eat plenty of protein. If you don’t keep a food log then you may as well plan on adding a few weeks, months, or years to your diet. Once all that is under control, just follow the label dosage and it should speed up your progress a bit. And also, I wouldn’t take the dosage at once, space it out, but don’t take any pills less than 5 hours before you plan on going to sleep.
I’ve been on and off xenadrine before. If you’re looking into losing weight, I think you’ll be pleased with it. As far as my experiences with the product, I don’t like them at all. Yeah, the weight loss was great, but the stuff made me feel sick all the time. As if I needed to throw up. It gave me a lot of energy, but along with the energy spikes I got the worst crashes ever. As far as an appetite suppressant, I think it works too well. I would not eat for maybe 5 or 6 hours at a time. And the thought of eating food made me sick, so I would have to force feed myself. If you’re going to take that stuff, take it in the morning and before a workout. You might experience nasty insomnia because of the aspirin in it. The aspirin prolongs the effects of the stimulants, so they might stay in your system too long. Hope this helps.
