Haha I’ve been filming them, I have some really light stuff in the O lift forum. I know I got way more in me, I’m just slowly working up, keeping the form good and all, 315lb C&J and 245lb Sn by the January 2013, I’m calling it

Hell, why not try! Shoot for the stars and at least youll hit the moon.

I saw your videos. I’m no O-lifter, so those guys can probably help you more than I can on the finer points of the form, but it looks like it’s starting to get pretty second nature to you. So keep that precision, but maybe you could explode your hips faster? Even if you don’t have to explode all that fast to get the lighter weights up, you want to build the habit of pulling as fast and aggressively as you possibly can. Watch some videos of Frank Yang.

I’m coming from an athletic perspective, not a pure olympic lifting one so maybe my advice isn’t good for your situation. I don’t know, just something to think about.

Aha, no you’re 100% right, I really gotta push my hips through faster, I’m definitely going to start trying to more, thank you! I’ve seen all of his videos aha.

Kay technical difficulties. But here’s todays PR’s:
95x1 Snatch (+5lbs)-very fast
