Did you think you could have gotten the 295x5? Was the CGBP hard?

I think if i REALLY pushed I couldve. The CGBP wasnt too hard, i have a video, ill put it up tonight, i cant atm im @ school for the show atm

That wasn’t my 5rm , my 5rm is 170 ;D but yeah, I realized that, for all my lifts, my 5rm and 3rm are way lower than my 1rm lol

Been looking over my videos, seems I need to tune up my low bar squat form :S knees too far forward, and slacking my hamstrings at the bottom. Possibly going to run SS for 2 weeks just for squat and fix it?
