Yeah sorry about the different lighting. And yeah, I haven’t been logging out of laziness but I have been doing the “no money” exercise 2-3 times a day and I feel it’s made a big difference in back thickness.

Yeah, 2 inches seems about right, and I think I did, my abs seem more defined. I don’t get it, I try and bulk and eat all this food, but the fat just melts off

Okay… So I really need to focus on my grip strength, so I’mma be doing squat as my max effort lower body lift untill i bring my grip up, because my grip is just pathetic

Rackpull: worked up to an easy 315, tried 325 and i couldnt hold it…
Kroc Rows: 90x3x10 PR+15lbs -5 reps
HyperExtension: 45x15 PR 3 reps
Chins: 15

To be honest I didn’t feel great today, Kinda felt like puking before my workout, my bench felt slow, but my OH press and chinups and external rotations all felt good :slight_smile:

Bench: 105x8x3
OH Press: 115x4 PR+1rep
Chinups: 3x10
External Rotation: 20x7

Had an alright workout, squat felt slow, deadlift felt quick though, really needa hammer my grip too…

Squat: 160x8x2
Deadlift: 170x8x1
RDL: 245x7 PR+10lb -1rep
BB curl: 80x7 PR+20lb

Kay so I definitely could RDL 245 for 8, but only did 7 cause it was coming out of my hand… going to increase the weight by 5 pounds anyways and go for 8 reps next workout @ 250lb.

Had an amazing workout today, even though I was short on time.

CG Bench: worked up to 185x1 PR+30lb
SkullCrusher: 65x8
I think like 16 chinups and like 6 dips just for fun.

Gunna do some kroc rows or dumbbell rows at home later, ran out of time.

Whenever I go to the gym I have like no plan of what I’m going to do… I gotta change that cause I go, do my max effort movement or dynamic effort stuff, and do some random shit then leave… but its working for me!

Squat: 280x1 PR 20lb -1 rep
Kroc Row: 95x10 PR 5lb
-random lower back, glute, and hamstring exercises, random machines lol-

Decided to squat just to show Macmade I can squat as much as him… might as well use it as an ME movement for the next 2 weeks… then on to semi-sumo DL

Nice effort man. You might not wanna do this yet if you’re worried about buttwink, but you can get a good bounce off your hamstrings to help you out of the hole if you go a tad faster on the descent. Attacking The Rep | 70's Big

OH Press: 115x4… this pissed me off so I tried again 5 minutes later. 115x5 PR+1 REP, MUTHER FUCKINNNN SUCCESSSSSSSS
Chin ups: 3x11

Finally got that 115x5 OH press. Next goal is 135x5 and/or a bodyweight 1rm

Thanks bro! I think my butt wink has gotten much better, still not perfect but whatever. I think I’ll try what’s described in that article next max effort day on my warmup, if I feel good with it I’ll go for 290x1.
