I don’t know about “20 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks” but the theory sounds good . . . basically, a regular set or two hit some muscle fibers and then X-Reps (partials/burns) stress the rest of muscle fibers. Hit all the muscle fibers and you get improved growth.

Have you actually tried it as described in the course material?

If it didn’t work for you, have you contacted the developer and tried to find out why? Sometimes a negative result is as indicative as a positive.
