Thinking about starting this up as I want my numbers to go up. Curious what DeFranco’s guidelines for nutrition are. I’ve searched his website and found pre, during, and post-workout nutrition only. Its probably in there somewhere, but I can’t find it.
Anyone know?
EDIT: The reason I ask is because his athletes usually stay lean throughout their training (no bulks and cuts). I’m assuming its high protein, medium carbs and maybe med-high fat.
