I’m on Phase 2 of Chest & Back program and I’m going to do forearms twice a week, on my usual off days, so they don’t lag behind. I’m thinking about using the wrist roller (maybe 2 sets of 45 seconds) supersetted with 2 sets of Wrist flexions on the barbell (maybe 6-12 reps for TUT of 20-40 seconds). Probably switch the barbell for dumbbells on the second day of the week for forearms. Any comments or suggestions would be very helpful!
