Wrist Pain Due to Lack of Forearm Mass

I have a problem making mind muscle connection with my left forearm who only measure 12,6 inch (the right forearm measures 13,5 inch)and i cannot recruit the muscle fibers because i don’t have enough muscle mass to contract it.

I do lots of wrist curls( i can do BB wrist curls with 155 pounds for 5 reps) but i cannot make the mind muscle connection with it and sometimes i have wrist pain i think because my wrist take most of the pressure.
By the way i’m 6’0 and i have 210 pounds.

Do you have any suggestions ?

concentrate harder, drop the weight and feel the muscle working

you are saying you’r doing Bb wrist curls. maybe your right forearm is doing the bulk of the job?

try db wrist curl, same amount weight and reps each hand, its a isolation exercise so u should feel it if you focus. focus very hard that is.

Getting some variation in instead of just beating off with my right hand did wonders for my calves. I guess you could apply it to your forearm too.

probably like sh3 wrote my right forearm is doing the bulk of the work .
I think i will isolate just the left one with DB wrist curls and concentrate more.
