So I am 31 years old and the past year has been horrible.
I have been lifting since I was 18 on an off and on again basis.
I work in the fitness field.
My problem started last November 2008. I had what was thought to be a tear or strain in my levator scapulae. This caused spasms in my trap area and neck. It was on again and off again all year. Mainly on especially when lifting. All pushes and pulls seemed to aggrevate it.
My chiropractor and I finally think what happened is I possible straied a ligament around my vertebrae while doing squats and bench press. It would heal but seemed to get reaggrevated easily.
Then back in Jnne I was doing alot of Dogg Crap training and playing alot of golf. This eventually lead to severe golf and tennis elbow. This also has been slow to heal.
Now the past couple of weeks I have gotten bicep tendonitis in my shoulder. I have not even been lifting much lately or heavy.
So to give you some information on me I have used anabolics on again and off again for about 6 years now. Usually do a 10 week cycle once a year and run lower dosages of 600mg a week sum total of everything taken.
I have also used clen and ECA throughout my life since I was 19 or 20. Again I didnt abuse. I would cycle it and usually take lower dosages of it.
So the point of telling you all this is to help diagnose what is wrong with me.
I believe I possible could have Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome. I have the following signs:
Weight gain - esp. around the stomach area. Unless I do a severe low carb diet and a ton of cardio it is very challenging for me to even get lean. I am staying around 20%. In the summer when I take anabolics I get down around 10%.
All my constant tendon issues and slow process in healing makes me think I may have this.
I am tired and run down all the time. Very little energy.
Strength sucks and recovery seems very slow.
I am going next Tuesday to get a full hormone profile done. I would love to hear from experts in this arena or those who have experienced similar things.
I am wanting to get healthy and try and stay away from the usage of stimulants and anabolics…unless of course I need them (that will depend on the doctor).
I appreciate any help.
Thanks
Btris
