Well, he was possessed – can’t expect good things from him, I suppose . . . .

I haven’t read the whole thread, but the most worthless movie I’ve ever seen was “An American Haunting”, I think. Donald Sutherland was in it. Brainless, disgusting, and offensive.
Did they hate on Yu-Gi-Oh in it?
SPOILER ALERT, LIKE YOU GIVE A SHIT*
…No! To answer Damici’s question, a 10-year-old girl gets raped by a possessed priest.
They showed the blood on the girl where she lost her innocence, which happened at around the same time that my girlfriend’s family and I lost our last drop of patience with that rental DVD.
Just looking over this thread is kind of intruiging. I’m pretty sure that I can find someone who at least likes all of these moves (ok, maybe not ALL of them). It really shows the differences in what some people expect in movies.
And I still believe Pan’s Lab sucked ass. (Come on, it was like Spanish Zelda on drugs)
Went to see it last night with a couple of friends. Uggh. It was just soo…boring. I love Will Smith movies, too. Such a disappointment. I was fairly excited to see it.

Dan why so glum panda bear? I think where you fail is that you can’t laugh at stupid. Fast and Furious is hilarious in so many ways, you can make fun of the movie itself and you can laugh again when you see someone that bought in to it also. Give me some movies that you think kick ass so I can hopefully find some common ground with you and hopefully my day/life wont be so shattered.

Well… the 3 stooges kind of dumb I can laugh at, Mr.Bean I can laugh at, Fast and the Furious, naw.
Hot chick and a badass bike, not the worst movie ever!
No I proclaim truth. With lines such as:
“They say legends are a way of explaining stuff”
“I am immortal because I am manyyyyyyyyy!!!”
" I have all of my father’s powers and none of his weaknesses"
That last one was stolen directly from Blade, by the way.
Eva Mendes’ bigger bust couldn’t even save that piece of shit. The CGI looked like it was from 1995 for cryin out loud A wayyyyy over the hill Nicholas Cage for the lead role? Come on!! Worst movie ever!!

Even if you didn’t like this, I fail to see how this is anywhere near the level of anything else in this thread. Cronenberg can spin a good tale.
Very true, I’m not sure it’s at the shittiness level of this thread, although it did really REALLY suck.
I don’t think it’s in the top 5 ‘worst’ movies I’ve ever seen, but it’s absolutely my Number 1 most disappointing movie.
The acting throughout that movie, not to mention the ending scene, was about on-par with a 6th grade school play.

If anyone is considering seeing it, don’t.

I couldn’t disagree more.
I think your biggest mistake was being ‘excited’ to see it. Never go into a movie excited, you’ll come out disappointed 90% of the time.
I was really excited going into see “A History of Violence”. After wishing somebody would shoot me in the back of the head for 2 straight hours, I vowed to never get my hopes up for a movie again.

Anything with Eva Mendes in it will get my money to watch it. Plus that was my favorite comic when I was little so I still like it lol.
Besides have you seen the Cube? Really watch it and you’ll love any movie that’s not it.
History of Violence was OK at first…then got dumber and dumber…and the final scene(s) where Viggio Mortenson (Lord Aragorn) goes and kills his brother and his henchmen was really, really, really bad…the part where Lord Aragorn violently did his wife on the stairs was pretty cool though…
I would avoid anything with Lord Aragorn in the future. Also…would not see any movie with Frodo in it, though he was one of the highlights in Sin City. Basically, any movie with any of the cast from Lord of the Rings is not getting my money…unless Steven Tyler’s daughter starts doing porn…I would pay to see that…though I’m pretty sure she’s plumped up since playing an elf…
