Worst Genetics Ever for Muscle Growth

How large is your mother and father?

Really from where?

So you came here looking for advice from people you cant even be sure of their actual qualifications?

Which sport would that be exactly?

Again if this is true why come in here? You should already know the answer for yourself if you have a degree and have experience training others.

And why the Fuck not!!? your asking strangers if you should quit… is it because your approach is beyond approach even if your not seeing fucking results?

Ok that means that those bodybuilding champions and those doctors that I talked to, they didn’t know anything… right? Man, i had personalized nutrition plans and training routines, nothing worked for me… I tried anything… Please give me some examples for training and diet, and i will tell you if i tried before this strategy or not.

Did you execute any of it properly? Are you eating as much as you claim?

I wasn’t seeing results at 23 because I was 23. But if this is your mentality with your joke degree, maybe you should quit training. I’m surprised people buy your services.

I have no clue what you’ve been through, what advice you’ve gotten, or what doctors or bodybuilders (two groups of people I don’t recommend taking training advice from for various reasons), but I can say this:

I’ve seen this one individual who was an old client of mine, who whined and bitched as I spent week after week, month after month trying different approaches to training, diet, recovery, you name… until one day I find myself training in the same gym as him and get to watch first hand as this “very experienced” trainer who had been going to the gym everyday for Years On end displayed the most bullshit Training I’ve ever seen.

My buddy Arash always says that intensity is what makes ANY training program work,… but you can’t teach it to someone who THINKS they know hard training and proper information.

I watch old videos of nySelf training during my competitive days and I can recall the mental head space i was in during every damn repetition and when leaving the gym knowing no one else would have suffered the intensity I routinely subjected myself to.

Question for moderator(s):

If I want to start a thread on Genetic Privilege, which is the appropriate forum? Thanks in advance.

Dude, I know you said not to ask so I won’t but I am going to say that unless your workouts are mainly focused on squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press and rows and you eat everything in the house on a regular basis you’re not going to get the results you want. Do you ever see stars after a heavy deadlift set? How about having to rest after squat day so you can make it to your car? If not you’re not going to get the big results.

My execution is very good. In 7 years of training i’ve learned. I have a muscle-mind connection, i have good pump, and a nice muscle soreness next days. And if i’m eating enough? I eat until I feel sick and almost get to the hospital. And i’m not eat junk food. Im not drinking alcohol, not smoking, not using drugs. I sleep 9-10 hours. I’m saying again, I’ve tried anything. Any type of diet, any type of training. Anything. I didn’t wrote somewhere that I sold something. I wrote that I helped people and they had results.

I did that, trust me…

Please everyone write here what type of training and diet do you consider is better for me and i will tell you if i tried it before or not…But i already know that i’ve tried all…

Do Jon Andersen’s Deep Water program and diet.

Why? Only some idiot beginner would try to advise you without having more info regarding your current approach and history. Why waste everyones fucking time and just state what you have done already? Stop acting like a God Damn Troll.

A calorie surplus to your individual needs

If you’re eating more calories than you’re burning, you’re going to put on weight. Period. That’s it. If you aren’t gaining ANYTHING the problem is your diet. Depending on your macros and training, what you happens to the excess calories will either be fat or muscle(or a mix).

POST EXACTLY WHAT YOU EAT EVERY DAY.
Also please post your total calories consumed in a day and the protein/carb/fat in grams.
This should take you very little time assuming you have this all down like you say.

There’s your problem. Hate to say it cause leeman went weird on everyone but he’s right. You can’t eat clean and get the calories to really put on weight. Gotta eat take out and drink whole milk.

Maybe you were born 9 months too soon.

Do drugs and drink more. Their impact is way exaggerated. Just don’t use needles. Collapsed veins ruin your vascularity.

Eat junk. Why? Because you haven’t and now look at you! Boxes of Entenmans double chocolate 2x per day till your jacked and tan.

Start spankin it like an angry monkey too. Don’t stop till the drugstore runs out of lube.

If you do mens health programs and only eat 1800-2000 calories a day (which might still make you feel sick if your stomach is small and you eat like bird), you won’t grow. 7 years of program hopping and poor diet might also be a factor.

If you have a legitmate degree in sports and nutrition, lets be objective and measurable - what were all these programs you did, and what was the caloric range you were in?

I’m convinced you’re trolling, but this may be a legitimate resource for people actually experiencing this problem and identify questions they need to ask themselves.

Why are people taking your help if your personal results are so shitty? If your knowledge is so good, how come you haven’t figured it out yourself?

i haven’t been working out for very long but even i know more than you seem to do about this. let me help.

first of all how else can we help? we need to know your former diets/programs. stats such as current BF%. and wether this ‘‘genetic’’ problem you claim to have also effects your strength gains.then based of off that we can try and figure out which one you might be doing wrong. and trust me. you must be.

You claim you’ve seeked helped, helped others get to their goals, have a degree in sports (what sports btw, and how is that relevant?) but based on those. you should know how long you’ve been lifting can only take you so far (its just factor, part of bigger picture.) you could be hitting the gym 5x/week for 40 years but if your diet is bad (perhaps lack of calories) you’re not putting enough hard work to do your program right and in proper form (perhaps you just lift and leave) if your sleep isn’t right (you have degree, cant be hard to know how important recovery and proper sleep is for growing) if you’re not paying attention to your macros (carb, protein, fat ratio). what about supplements? (whey? animal?creatine?multis?) creatine can be much help.

how do you know that? did you study your body? everybody’s body responds differently to diet, routine, plan etc. some people make more gains with carbs others with protein. figure your ratio.

take it slow buddy. knowledge? what knowledge? cuz no one here is an enemy we all wanna help. the community on this forum is the best. but you should know without us knowing your stats, history, experiments, supplements, what you tried etc. we can’t help. also someone with ‘‘knowledge’’ would at least know deficit/surplus/maintaining. deficit=(weight loss) surplus=(gain) maintenance (self explanatory), you maintain. at least tell us this

  • 7 years is a long time. when and how long did you been plateau? how long have you been 166lbs

  • regardless of muscle genes. if you’re on surplus you gain weight. muscle or fat. so that concerns me. are you trying to stay lean while bulking? perhaps at low bf%? cuz that can be tricky and can easily put on bad path of no gain if done wrong

  • when did you switch from your last program/diet. and how long are you on your current one?

  • what are your current macros? a basic start for gaining muscle/bulking is 1 gram of protein per pound of weight. have you tried that.

  • are you drinking enough water? sleeping well? do you have medical history or illness (are taking any meds, eating disorder, depression etc). haveyou ever done gear younger than this?. do you have any addictions or staying away from things like (smoking, drinking alcohol etc) how is your mental state/environment? is it stress/drama free?catabolic hormones such as cortisol can sometimes hurt gains when young.

  • do you ever go off your diet randomly (muscles can cannibalise if you do this).

  • how well was your response when first started lifting? (your newbie gains) did you at anytime in your 7 year journey lost weight? (had to regain.)

and at last stop bullshitting. if you want help you have to give real answers. you might even have to unlearn everything you now call ‘‘knowledge’’. put your degree crap aside. 23 is where most people start. you can still fix this error (cuz it is) and do it right in time. your body is still young thus you natural hormones (androgens) are high (hgh,Testosterone, etc) unless your medically diagnosed with low T in which case we see the problem. but you claimed your hormones are great, and seen doctors. so its not the case. get your head right. i hope your not a troll but someone in need of help.
