This coming up week will be the true marker of how well my mind and body has adapted to the new training. 1RM in Log and 1RM in Deadlift this week. Letās see what type of damage I can do.

Why at your highest fatigue?

My training is set up so my 4th week is the hardest and my transition week (5th week) is where I do something different so all that cumulative fatigue is dissipated. This week my coach wanted me to do ME work on my 5th week, which is when my body is usually the most beat.
Well his purpose was just for me to have some fun. I brutally misconstrued this as a time to hit a Been PR. He just wanted a precise and heavy effort. I fucked up and overshot. Oh well, live and learn I guess.
