Sorry if the video is bad, I’m camera shy haha. Also how many fingers do you have on the bar? I use 3 but I know people who use 2 due to wrist mobility. Or you could use straps:

But using straps doesn’t help the mobility issue, just addresses it lazily.

I wanted to make a longer video but this took 1 hour to upload already ( trash wifi). If none of those help il make another one with more things I have used.

Right now 2 fingers stuck under the bar. Gonna have to give the rotation of the hand a go. I always stacked my hand directly over my wrist. Thanks for the video Duke, I really appreciate it! I feel so special hehehe.
(I’d offer to make you a video on how I overhead but I’m sure your coach has MUCH more wisdom and experience with that than me. He’s fucking monstrous.)

Yeah, My overhead has gone up! I hit a push press triple pb 75kgƗ3 yesterday with ease so I’m excited for a new 1rm. Really wanting that 100kg press this year which I think I will. Hows your overhead doing?

Last time I was fooling around with heavy overhead numbers I was hitting 90-95kg for reps with relative ease. Usually with push jerks my max doesn’t correlate well with my reps. So I’d say on a good day 108-113kg could go up.
Really want a 138 jerk sometime in the somewhat-distant future.
