Workouts

Hey everyone, I am in my last phase of Ian King’s 12 weeks to super strength, chest and back. I am also doing Ian King’s 12 week leg workout as well, “Limping into…” I have loved this workout over the past few weeks. I have seen some really good gains. My question is, after finishing this workout, what would be some other workouts for me to try?

If you have not taken at least two weeks off during the SS and Limping cycle, take a full week off and then start the Growth Surge Program. The SS and Limping programs are very intense and some recovery is needed.

It’s up to you and your goals. Growth surge looks like it could be fun, and had I not started another round of Ian I’d probably be trying that myself. As for me, I finished up the 12 week Ian program and decided to do it again, but with a few twists that he recommended. I’m doing the intermediate this time around instead of the beginner, and started with Arms instead of legs. I figure this should be sufficiently different enough but we’ll see.
