They come whenever I walk at a normal person pace for long distance. For some reason I am a slow walker… I have no idea why I don’t get them doing Farmers Walks. Treadmill does me real bad - I once did an incline walk for 40 minutes and had terrible knee pain that eventually lead to swelling for about 5 days… And yet I have 0 pain doing squats or deadlifts. My cardio is limited because of this - some have suggested Dr. Scholl’s, but I think something is fundamentally wrong with my walking pattern.
