Does anyone have links to a website that shows lifts being performed. not really looking for bench and curls and that. I’m looking for video, on Squats, different deads, cleans, clean and jerks. Different types of power/olympic lifts. I have the vids from Balls state strenght lab. just looking for more. And wondering why we don’t have a libary like that on this website. Thanks for the input.
there are others, this is my favorite.
