I have just a few questions. Should, or can I do regular bench presses and incline bench press in the same day? Are pullups or chinups better for your biceps? Thanks.
If you are working hard one bench variant is fine.
Chins with a palms facing you grip works the biceps more

Sure. Just as an example, CT’s OVT plan has flat and incline bench work on the same day. It all depends on what else you are doing.

Agreed, two to three chest movements would be fine for that area. Try mixing your order up from week to week. For instance one week start with flat bench, followd by incline, then dips. The next week try incline first, then flat, and dips.
The body is very adaptive and if you do flat bench then incline in the same order for months one end your gains may slow a bit. By mixing up the order you keep some muscle confusion going on allowing for more stimulas for growth.
Take care,
D
Alright thanks for the help.
Can and should at times like others said mix it up.
Chins palms facing you close grip if Bi’s is the target muscle group.
I have a few more questions. How long should I rest between sets when I’m doing incline and flat benchs? How long should I rest between exercises? Thanks.
To add on a few more question, sometimes I play basketball after I lift. This isn’t gonna affect my gains is it? I’m not trying to bulk, I’m trying to get cut.
My lifting routine isn’t very extensive. Monday/Thursday I do incline bench and flat bench. Tuesday/Friday I do palms facing chinups and tricep extensions. Wednesday/Saturday I do dumbell squats and leg curls. Give me any advice on my workout too. Peace.
