Workout Nutrition for Quality Size

I am coming off a pretty successful cut and would like to start putting on some lean muscle for the rest of the summer. Next week I will be switching to Doggcrapp training and have a question about my nutrition. Here’s the layout i was thinking about doing.
7:30am
Whey shake with oatmeal 1/2 apple and greek yogurt, one whole egg and 2 fish caps
Totals: 60g carbs, 60g protein, 12g fat
10:00am
some source of lean protein, veggies, carrots, nuts
totals: 15g carbs, 50g protein, 25g fat
1:00pm- 90min pre-workout
complex carbs, veggie, lean protein, CLA caps
totals: 70g carbs, 50g protein, 6g fat
2:15 15min pre workout
1/2 scoop of body mortar which has BCAA’s and 15g carbs
Intra-workout: 2:1:1 recovery which has 35g carbs, 17g protein, and BCAA’s. I’ll start to drink that after like my first 3 working sets and finish it off before the end or my workout.
4:15-45min post workout
Complex carbs, fruit, fish or whey
Totals: 80g carbs, 55g protein, 5g fat
7:00
Lean meat, veggie, nuts
Totals: 40g protein, 10g carbs, 25g fat
Before bed=
pro complex, 1tbls almond butter 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
totals: 55g protein, 10g carbs, 10g fat

How does that look for putting on some quality size. The totals for the day are about 330g protein, 300g carbs and about 90g fat for about 3350 cal. On my off days i’ll cut carbs to about 150g and protein will be at about 275 with fat the same. My main concern is the the peri-workout nutrition. Should i squeeze more carbs in there, if so how. How does it look, let me know. Im 5"8 190 and about 9 percent body fat. I want to 200 by end of summer without going higher than 11%. Any help and critique would be much apreciated, thank you

If you’re gonna do DC do it right.

2g of protein/pound. so if your shooting for 200lb… 400g/day EVERY day

Carb cutoff ~5-6 hours before bed

P+C and P+F meals, not P+F+C

Then again, the OP could use his brain and find what works best for him rather than following an arbitrary plan.

I don’t see any major problems as long as that the quantity of food you need to grow.

I do consume more calories while training as I’m using the Anaconda Protocol, and have been progressing faster since using it, so you might want to give it a shot.

In addition to CT, The MIghty Stu has written quite a bit on his experience with these products. I have a lot of respect for both of these guys.
