Workout Ideas Please?

The other thing is, I’d watch it with training to failure. You’re hitting full body, three days a week. By constantly training to failure, you probably won’t be able to continue making progress without some changes like I mentioned earlier. Instead, try cutting the sets a rep or two early and leave some effort “in the tank.”

I am starting EDT on Friday, but there was just one question I couldn’t find. What are the rest periods between sets for that program. I understand as many sets as you can do in 15 minutes just need to know how much rest between sets. I only need about 10 seconds right. :slight_smile:

Ha, that’s the whole point of the program, man. The rest periods are totally determined by you as you go through the actual workout.

With EDT, it’s really a great way to learn how to listen to your body, and push it when necessary. So just play around with it. Whatever you do, as long as you end up with (at least) one more rep than last time, you did it “right.”
