Workout environment

After giving it some thought, I toned down what I would want to get started. This includes everything exept dumbells, which, seem expensive. My wish list with prices:

(2)300lb weight sets @ $99each= $200(w/bar)
Power rack= $275
Wall mounted dip bar = $75
35lb bumper plates = $105
2 weight tree plate holders= $80
2 rubber place mats for OLY lifts= $12
Lat pull machine (mainly for triceps)$299
EZ curl bar $30
Preacher bench $195
Incline/flat bench for in rack $125
Seated calf machine $195
Dip belt $30

Total = $1301

I train at a high-school that takes their lifting serious. Very serious. Eighteen (yes 18!) platforms fully loaded with York and Eleiko bars, York and Uesaka bumpers, a squat rack built-in to each platform, a fully loaded dumbell rack, dipping stations and benches, I doubt I’ll ever leave. Oh and each squat rack has a built-in chinning bar, eat your hearts out ;).

I train at home, made my garage into a gym.
Squat rack
pull-down/low row machine
3-benches
2-curl bars
3-6’bars
2-short bars to make dumbells
dumbells-2#-40#
975# plates
boxes, chains, bands

All this equipment I have gathered over the years.Just got the rack, set of weights, curl bar, bench for 150$ from a guy I work with. All my chains are either old rescue chains or from farmers, made my boxes.
