Well I lost my internet and Gym because I could not afford them.
So I am starting over. I jioned a gym and paid the whole year so I would not be able to miss the payments. Besides all that I have a question?
My work schedule is Brutal 1 week and light the next.
The light week I work Wed & Thurs 12 hours 7am to 7pm
The hard week is Mon Tues Fri Sat Sun 7am -7pm
Should I do splits the easy work week and do full body work outs the hard work week? Will this work?
I wanna get big but I am not worried about strenth,If I get really strong fine but the size and definition I want. Any help would be great.
sure it can work. Id say how about going CRAZY high volume and intensity the easy weeks juts go and and kill it that week then the hard week deload go much lighter lower the volume just short easyish workouts to heal up for the next week of craziness

so you are saying the crazy weeks you go high volume and intensity and easy weeks you go low volume low intensity? just clarifying cuz i am confused and i wouldn’t want the OP to be confused.
How bout even going a higher frequency on the crazy weeks. just a thought.
You should try high volume/high intensity (5 days a week in the gym, split routine) for three months and see what gains you get from that. As long as you eat and rest correctly, I’d bet you money that you would be happy with the results.
I think I just found the first document use for HIT style training… j/k…kind of (can you tell I’m not a fan of it?). Could even try a HIT style full-body workout 3/4 days a week for your hard weeks. But avoid failure (ie–“true” HIT style) if you’re going balls-out crazy on easy work weeks.
