Working Out At Home.....

I usually lift at school, but when I lift at home I am limited to excercise equipment. Could somone reccomend a workout that I could do using only dumbells, a weight bench, and EZ barl curl?

Anything you can do with a barbell, you can do with dumbells. DB Bench, DB Press, DB Deads, DB RDL, DB Curls, DB Rows, DB Snatches and swings, DB Pullovers…Are you beginning to see a pattern here? You don’t need fancy equipment to get big and strong.
