I’m having a rough time with squeezing in the gym lately. I know I need to lose a ton of body fat, but not too bad for 25 minute workouts huh?
from what I can see:
small forearms
good general size in upper body
cant see anything else
nice glasses

what difference does it make?
I’ve been training for 14 years, and I could totally get by on maintence-style workouts taking no more than 20 minutes.
What this means is that I’m not actually building any new muscle, just keeping what I have from atrophying. Carl is raising the question of whether you actually made any progress with your new 25 minute routines, or if it’s just a preventative session.

Thanks. I had a decent foundation as i rained for 5 years prior. Life circumstances have me in a predicament right now and I can really only get in 25 mins (on a good day)for a workout. Can’t wait to post progress when this third shift stent is over…I presume better gains. By the way, nice build mighty stu!
You should post a full body pic, including LEGS, with your full body face forward and the back, as well as your sides. Otherwise, you only get 1/2 a rating or 3/4’s since only about 3/4’s of your upper body is showing; When you do, we will all be able to rate correctly.
Again, this isn’t a rate my “upper body” forum…
dont ever wear goggles at the pool, then everyone will know who you are.
looks like some natural muscle and a layer of flab. get that fat off and then start eyeballing yourself in the mirror. rate yourself by how you look and how you feel. you need diet and cardio. cut out the grease and sugar. rating a 3 or 4.

Who opened that “portal” again? and what exactly is “natural muscle” and how is so readily different from “fake or artificial or synthetic muscle”? But the rating he gave was a fair one, so let him be.

I’m sorry, but I will have to disagree with you on the rating bein fair b/c his entire physique was not posted.
If these are my ratings I got some work to do. But my lack of sleep combined with sub par eating has me looking better than most that I see. Once my affairs are in order I’ll be fine…

I was speaking of people that work out every day and are able to put serious time into it.
You’ve also been rated a little lower than youd like because the only picture you posted was from a funny angle. Post a couple with standard poses and whatnot in decent lighting.
