Yep gym in my garage. Friday is always leg day. Look forward to not have to get up at 4:30 instead can sleep in a little bit before hit the garage. All my kids are teenagers and sleep till 10-12 so dont have to worry about getting up early to open presents.
Lol I remember getting up at 7 and my parents had not even put the presents out…not until like 9 or 10… I’m 19 and the last few years… the presents will be there at 1pm…im sleeping lol.
I would take the day off… a lot of eating and family to deal with…
Spoiler alert********
Their is no SANTA. We already have their presents under the tree. Merry Christmas.
My gym is closed on Christmas, but I’m not having to delay or move around any of my training, so I’m not worried. I’ll miss out on some fasted cardio, but that will be my Christmas gift from me to me.
I’d like to but my gym is closed so I decided that I would go out for a long run on Christmas morning follwed by some kettle bells swings. After I’ll just focus on an ab workout and maybe some pullups because I can do them at home. I guess it’ll kind of a half workout.
Gym is closed. My Dad has a decent gym in the basement with a full cage, DB’s (only up to 100 lbs), bench etc. So I will be working out with him that day right before X-mas breakfast.
maybe its just me but i would never work out on christmas. Its a time to spend with your family. 1 off day wont kill you unless of course your family is not very close.

Retarded to train on Christmas, take the day off, it ain’t gonna kill you.
That’s the only day my gym is closed, but I’m sure there are people that would want it open.
I liken this to the people that go to the movies on that day, because there is a demand for some of this stuff, you’re forcing people to work when they shouldn’t have too. Just a minor gripe, I realize not many people think this way.
Jews have jobs too.
We’re going out for Chinese food on Christmas Day.
legs in the am. abs in the pm. i’ll be laughing hard as hell when everyone is done eating and talking about their new years resolution. it’s probably the same one they made last year minus the " Ab blaster " that didn’t work. lol.
seeing as i work at a 24hr gym and i am starting work at 4pm… i’ll be hitting a lower/upper push session before work but after breakfast and lunch with the fam… also… its going to be dead at work

One of the reasons I’m kind of pissed my gym is closed on Christmas. It would be easy to rationalize the traditional Christmas Day chinese food with a heavy squat workout a few hours earlier
