I think we need to start this topic for women. I have questions to ask other women, as to supplements and training just for women. I see there are women out there that would love to put in there two cents once in awhile. Lets get this topic a rolling here.

In general most you of legal supps women can use and in general they Jane should train Much like Dick if they have similar goals

Thanks Phill I will do that. But one question what stacks do you recommend to a beginner?
Beginners just need the basics. A good diet, consistent training and a peri-WO shake (whey and dextrose).
Texass has hit the nail right on the head, unless you are competing all you need is food.
Even dextrose and whey are simply food, but you could call them supplements if got real technical. Throw in a good multi-vitamin and your golden.

Stack quality diet and training and learn to be consistent.
Other than that a protein supp, a quality fish oil, and creatine IMO are staples and anything else goal dependent
