Wisey is a awesome dude and very knowledgeable. He has been helping me with my program for nearly 5 years now. I would definitely not be this strong without him.

105.0kg this morning. 7 day average now at 105.7kg with the trend definitely pointing towards.

122.5x1 equated volume and all that shit. Rested maybe 1 minute max.
Good session. Bloody smoked. High RPE on both the squat and bench sessions to finish the block. Left out the deadlifts today due to a rather tight hammie and adductor. Asked alot of them this week with the aggressive weight jumps.
Happy with this block overall. A couple of very small changes to it, but basically will be running it again leading into the end of the year where I will test the big three lifts somewhere near or on new year’s eve.
And if that goes well…I’ll literally run the block again in the new year.

Week 1, Day 1 of new block. Very similar to the last block, but with some small mods to make it a 3 day program rather than 4. Basically moving the day 4 volume into the other days.

As with the previous block, no adjustments to loads for first week. Started 5kg higher on squats, and 2.5kg higher on bench. 10kg more on bent row I think. And added overhead press to the end of day 1 (from day 4) and splitting the volume, so only two sets today, and two more on day 3.
