Nice pulls and bench even if it was a little lighter than you wanted.
More so the reps. It was “bad” day I reckon.

The pulls I think we’re more my brain putting the handbrake on because I’m a impatient bugger.

Not a bad session. Bench wasn’t super good again. Just missed the rep target (6). I’ll give it another go next week.
BB row continuing to progress. It’s funny, in the transition period before this block I tested the row out and thought 85 was too heavy to begin with, technique was horrible. Week 4 and I’m already smoking it for 15 reps. Muscle memory is a funny thing.
Close grip bench went better than last week, making the two extra reps on the final set. Last week I only managed the minimum 6 with a kg less.
Pretty happy considering I’m now 4.5kg down in bodyweight.
Couple hours of Ice Skating today with some friends and all the kids. Great fun, never done it before. Didn’t take long to get going…got a bit cocky twice, and was subsequently thrown on to my guts hahaha.

Good on ya mate. I went a couple of weeks ago with my kids. I found the boots so uncomfortable though I couldn’t skate for long.
Yeah they were shit to be fair…had to take a few little breaks.
First fall was Square onto my stomach LOL. Good old ab muscles protected me well.
Second fall was similar but I somehow landed on my left quad first ![]()

Abs and left quad Mega sore this morning. Sore abs actually woke me up…falling on them apparently is harder than training them regularly haha
