Use a mouthwash such as Scope or Listerine, then immediately place 10 or so milligrams of Winstrol under your tongue until it dissolves, then drink a glass of grapefruit juice. I feel this is one of the better ways to consume some steroid tablets, and get a higher degree of absorbtion rather than just swallowing them. I don’t think you can absorb too much of a steroid at one time using this method, so it only works well if you take small doses several times per day(perhaps 10-20mg. 2-3 times per day).
I chew mine, and try to at least take it with a glass of milk to avoid getting an upset stomach.
