“How do you like your oral?” or “Suck or Swallow?” sounded even worse so swallow or melt it is. How do you guy’s take your winny tabs? I heard from a few different sources that letting it melt under your tongue gave better absorption than just swallowing it? Any thoughts?
i let is dissolve under my tongue, better absorbtion and i don’t get stomach cramps that way.
I asked the pharmacist about this issue. He smiled and said, “No difference whether you let it dissolve under your tongue or swallow it whole. It all ends up in the same place.”
