Tomorrow I will complete 4 weeks of my first 12 weeks of testosterone enanthate 500mg and tbol 80mg day. But I have a back injury and went to a doctor he says I have to be completely at rest for 2 weeks, do you think I continue the cycle normally or go on cruise?
Were you planning to cruise anyway?
I would probably drop to a cruise dose of test and nix the tbol then go back up to a blast dose once the doc said it was okay to train again. I would also not bother with the tbol until the next blast. That is what I would do simply because it seems like 500 mg/week seems like a waste if you can’t lift and 2 weeks could turn into 4, 6 or 8 pretty quickly.
Were you naddy before and planning a PCT post cycle?
IMO since you have F’d your back you need to quit this cycle and either go back on TRT levels or start your PCT.

I would not stop the cycle for 2 weeks, because :
1)For beginners, test grows muscle depending on the dose, WITHOUT any training. Like there literally is a study done on men who dont work out, eat same diet, and are given 200/400/600 test a week. All groups increased muscle size and the amount of size was dose dependant - the group who took 600mgs had better results than lower dose group.
2)Two weeks “rest” from a doctor, is probably like 1 week rest in reality. I have had all my bones broken and all joints hyperextended in my life, and also i have had a heart attack and clinical death. In ALL occassions i recovered twice as fast as the doctors said i need to rest and that is normal because doctors give you always the MOST amount of time.
3)Depending on how much it actually hurts, you can still stimulate growth and do some volume work using machines - leg extensions and leg curls dont put any strain on back… you can also do some seated chest-stuff and also can find ways to train arms with no strain on the back. Just pick lighter weights and do some 10x10 GVT style. Wont be ideal, but to fuck up a 12 week cycle after 4 weeks, just because of 14 days rest, which probably is not even needed is a waste.
But that is what i would do and what i have done always. Ofc, if you are in pain, you wont be able to train at all but again - read my point number one. It still stands no matter what.
That’s about double what you need for a cruise. You shouldn’t lose very much over two weeks, and if you do it’ll come right back pretty quickly. Don’t worry about that part right now. Get rested and healed, then you can come back and get after it.
So it is quite possible for me to gain some muscle without training because I am still very far from my natural limit and I have very little muscle. So do I keep my cycle normal? even tbol?
Yes, if that is your first cycle and you are far from natural limit, you will definetly gain size and strenght even not doing shit. I would drop the tbol because test alone at your doses is more than enough for a cycle. Keep your kcals around maintenance or a little bit above, and you should be able to gain some muscle and recomp some fat with that dose as it is your first cycle. Of course, you might not see much because if you dont use the muscle, it doesnt get the pump and all that feeling we get after the gym, but the tissue will grow, and fat will recomp if you wont eat too much. After you are all healed up, add back the tbol and continue as you were.
I do deload weeks when i actually dont do shit for a week - i still keep all my doses as they are and i still eat like i would if i train, because we grow and repair when NOT training. You will have a bit longer rest, but as i said - if below natural limit, you will grow on test alone, even without training.
EDIT : steroids are intended for use in medicine, and are used on people who are in bed for months. They are supposed to work even if the person is in coma and they use 1/10th the doses bodybuilders use.
If I went on a cruise, maybe I would go on a cutting cycle with testosterone propinate and anavar for about 8 weeks. Do you think it is possible to gain muscle in cutting with my body? Then you don’t need anything to help you cut. Can’t lose muscle on a cut if you don’t have any muscle. But ftr you do actually look like you lift. You do not look like you eat.
Steroids are for building. At the higher levels they are very useful when cutting. But at your level they’re wildly unnecessary and will likely do more harm than good. Bulk on gear, cut on cruise.
Judging by your pics, you need to learn to eat, instead of steroids… if you cant even be around 220lbs natural and a bit chubby, you cant eat enough to build something on steroids… Steroids dont make muscle out of thin air and good wishes, they just help to build better and faster out of the stuff we eat. Other than that, all you get is water bloat and some fake strenght that goes away if you cut the dose.
