Diet and exercise are on point, in the gym 6 days a wk, low fat high protein diet (200+g per day) but could add calories. Micros met daily.
Alright, so just the test and see how it goes this cycle? I can always hold on to the rest for next time. Just really wanted to see what I could put on this go around
If given an ultimatum, I would go for bulking up over losing bf but I didn’t know if Clen / winny on the back end would achieve both goals.

Just stay on the test man. This is your first cycle. Don’t overcomplicate things.
This is nearly impossible unless you have some serious genetics.
You need to realize that the drugs don’t just magically do the work. Your eating/training/genetics will play the biggest part. The drugs are just a tool to help.
If we are talking muscle building or cutting and looking for advice on how to improve our visual, it is better to post a picture, so we can talk about something real. Otherwise we all just give advice to something we have imagined.
If you are going to only come of for 8-12 weeks, it makes me think you are going to do another cycle. Is that true?
How committed to this life style are you? I ask, because blast and cruise will get you a lot closer to your goals. I am kinda in the camp of believing for most people it is a better approach even if one isn’t going hard on the blasts. You could then use the blast to gain mass, and the cruise to cut.
I’ll just say that unless your genetics are insane, your goal for the cycle is unrealistic. Some guys gain 20-25 lbs on their first cycle, but it isn’t all muscle. Many times, there is close to 10 lbs of water weight (especially with stuff like Test, Deca, Dbol, Drol). Some is also fat, many times it is 5-10 lbs. If a guy actually gains 10 lbs of muscle, that was a great cycle.
I think these ideas of gaining 20 lbs of muscle come from a few places. Guys that have no business using gear (they are newbs) do a big first cycle, and gain a ton because they get newb gym gains, and first cycle gains. They were maybe undersized to begin with. Another is guys underestimating how much water and fat they gained. I’ve heard several times from gym buddies how they are gaining so fast but seem leaner (everyone else is thinking “shit, Rob sure has gotten fat”).
