I’d say it would affect your performance. Some recent research/study said it found a decrease in testosterone in men that ejaculated from masturbation (at least once) but I think it had to be 2-3 times before it was a noticeable effect. The negative effects lasted more than a week I think. The men that ejaculated from sexual intercourse, however, saw a slight increase in Testosterone… I’m guessing because the ejaculation occurred with a feeling of accomplishment (or conquest) and greater arousal and movement involved than masturbation can offer… But not sure how accurate or true this was so maybe Google it?
I, for one, noticed weaker knees/ legs on nights that I ran a jerking marathon (3+ ejaculates) and then a complete lack of interest for more or less a week. In contrast, for a day or two after sex, there’s a noticeable increase in sexual urges -so it sounds legit. I’d say you should abstain from jerking off more than a couple times a week and the night before (don’t marathon it) -and proceed mindfully if it’s sex since it may or may not help you.

It will be difficult to complete a heavy squat, bench or deadlift if you ejaculate while doing it. Yes.

He also needs to be careful of where he ejaculates, so he doesn’t slip when he goes to do next set.

I it would be awkward to go to doctor and tell him you injured yourself by slipping on your own cum while doing squats…
