Wife Gets Shaky During Workout

I get the “shakes” during some workouts and also during periods of intense concentration and I also have good blood pressure. I have worked out that it is definately an energy problem and only occurs when I have not eaten when I should have. Boosting energy prior and during workout if necessary should fix this, as it did for me. Like the others have said, orange juice or whatever has a nice fast absorption rate. Sugars basicly.
