Why is test so important? I have done research but not understood the science behind it, can someone explain in simple terms?
This is the cycle i had planned-
Dbol oral only
week 1- 10mg
week 2- 10 mg
week 3- 20 mg
week 4- 30 mg
week 5- 30 mg
week 6- 20 mg
week 7- 10 mg
week 8- 10 mg.
20mg tamoxifen EVERYDAY, from day 1, until 2 weeks after the cycle. No test, no injections. Is hcg needed with this cycle?
Also, if i only follow this cyle, and never use again, how much of the gains from this cycle will i keep?

19 yearls old, been lifting 4 years, weighing 160lbs, i just lost 30lbs in a cutting phase.
Currently on kris gethins 4 week muscle building dtp, then im gonna follow neil hills 9week y3t and then mark shaw’s 4 day power muscle burn split.
I will say Krisgetthins programs are fun splits. His 12 week challenge got me off my lazy ass and back in the gym all while lowing 30 lbs and adding some muscle.
What a lot of those bb.com program lack is linear periodization . Krisgetthin 12 week challenge and dtp are fun. But they areally all of the place in rep ranges. I don’t recall squats or dead lifts really being the base of eother.
Seriously look into 5x5, ss, 5x5 ice cream if you think you need some accessory lifts.
Bb.com program tends to promote alot of crap that tell you need all these supplements and have to these body crushing high tech lifts.
Get a pen and paper. Or the 5x5 app. Figure your starting weight for 5 sets of 5. For the first week find your total weight to set ratios.
You will be so surprised within 4 weeks at not only the gains but the stench increase in short time. Also if your concerned about some with squatting 3 times a week your body will adapt rapidly. After two weeks my hips were no longer sore and doms shifted from 2 days after to within 24 hour period.
The body can do amaxing things relatively shortly.
