Sustained caloric deficit with sufficient protein and resistance training.

You can’t target areas of body fat. You just need to diet until it’s gone. For me fat on the back is the last to go.

Same for me. I’ve been down as low as 175 with veins popping everywhere, and the little bit of back bacon holds on for dear life.
TFP is right. It’s simple, but not easy.
