I definitely unfollowed him when I saw him giving beard advice with his patchy moustache and sideburns that weren’t even close to connecting.
he seriously gives beard advice? That’s amazing. He’s got the worst looking Kyle Orton-looking neckbeard I’ve ever seen. It’s awful.

I stopped keeping up with youtube fitness a while ago, but I remember Blaha needed Deca and test to bench 330 @ 225lbs. He believes most people can’t bench 315 naturally because he could barely do it on gear.
The first video of him that I watched was about him talking about how massive neck and traps muscles make you more aesthetic and more attractive to women. Frank Zane specifically avoided conventional dead lifts and traps exercises to make his shoulders appear wider, also almost none of the classic physique guys have massive traps because huge traps ruin the V-taper greatly. I feel like he is just pointing the strong points of his physique and make stupid claims about it. That was also the last time I watched him.
I have heard him doing the “how to look like a certain celebrity or youtube fitness model” series which is stupid as fuck. How you look in the end is going to be largely dictated by your genetics. I heard him mentioning that youtube personas like Zyzz or Jeff Seid don’t do full range of motion on bench press that is why their “middle chest” are undeveloped. Sounds legit, if I am doing half curls and half legs presses I am just going to have muscle on half of my legs and arms I guess.
Those “How to look like” videos were dumb as hell. And to make a video about Zyzz this many years later is lame as hell.
