Why Do I Keep Getting Gyno with Low Estrogen?

Hi Guys, I’ll try to keep this short.

When I had low T one of the symptoms was gyno development in my right nipple. Endo thought it was some sort of androgen to estrogen imbalance as estrogen wasnt high.

Anyway been on T replacement, tried killing off the gyno with Nolva but failed. I managed to get rid of it eventually by totally tanking my estrogen for 6 weeks and running Ralox. Wahoo its gone!

The trouble is as soon as i let my estrogen raise a little it comes back. Ive kept bloods level and got it checked, estrogen reading as <50 pmol.L, yet the gyno lump is getting really sore and bigger again. It feels like as soon as I have any estrogen at all, it just wants to bind the the receptor.

Current protocol is Sustanon 62.5mg twice a week and 12.5mg Exemestane in the evening of the jab. I get my bloods checked the day of but before the injection, is it possible that the short esters in the Sustanon are spiking my estrogen right after my jab causing the gyno, but by the time I get the blood work its crashed from the AI?

Honestly I’m just guessing and dont really know what to do any more other than get it cut out. Prolactin level is in range too so its not that.

Any ideas? Thanks all.

You may need Tamoxifen to bind to the estrogen receptor and block estrogen from interacting with it until you can get the glands removed via surgery. Make sure if you get gyno surgery that the glands are removed, otherwise gyno can occur again in the future.

The short ester does hit quickly, but gyno is a long term problem, and some guys have no option other than surgery.

Just a little tip about surgery. Since it’s not cheap if you’re on a budget try and find a doc that will do it using local anesthesia. It’ll make the surgery cost $2-3k vs $5-8k. Also, you want to make sure they are doing a combination of lipo & glandular removal. You want a surgeon that’s performed many gyno cases and has before and after shots.

Just a note, using Nolvadex takes 3-6 months before it actually starts reducing pre-existing gyno that is larger than the size of a quarter. Not sure how long you took it for but figured I’d mention it.
