Looking for advice. Got a confirmed game of gyno, lump on right side only but extra tissue on the left. I’ve had for about 10 months now. Supps I’ve taken prior to this incident Sarms(osta and mk677) pretty regularly and also fenugreek and tribulus. So far all labs are normal test, estradiol, LH (fsh slightly elevated). Ultrasound of kidneys, liver, testes all normal. I have seen endo and breast dr with not really any help. Looking for advice on what to do next? I’m 5’9 at 195 always been pretty lean and the anxiety and lack of answers is frustrating

Research using Nolvadex in medium doses for an extended amount of time to help. There was a couple threads here.
Ralox is your best bet. But if you’ve had it for 10 months then surgery isn’t unlikely.
I keep mentioning it to the breast dr but seems to me she doesn’t have much experience in treating gyno and thinks it will go away on its own. Once all my labs and abdominal ultrasound results came back he just said keep an eye on it and brushed me off. To skeptical of buying the stuff on the internet so that’s not really an option
Look up a TRT clinic or doc and tell them what’s going on. I bet they’ll prescribe what you need, or at least point you in the right direction.
Get surgery and don’t worry about it ever again.

I have actually seen cases of gyno reocurring even after the gland has been removed, I don’t know how or why, but it has happend. @Veteq

There are several studies showing 20mg/day Nolvadex (tamoxifen) for 3+ months can reverse gyno especially if caught within the first 12 months with good success (if I remember correctly like 80% had their gyno reversed). The 3 months part is key.
Thanks for the advice on the TRT clinic. I went for initial consult and think that was the right move I have to go back one more time. They also think my test is low for age/body type at 550 and will go over trt more next visit as well as use with novla
