Imagine how expensive supplements are to those guys. They probably get very little protein in their diets anyway without considering economic issues… Their diet is carb dominant.
Well, I guess it goes to show you that PEDs don’t do that much if your diet isn’t in check.
lol @ all Indians being poor, even lower middle class citizens all have multiple servants. Protein powder is actually very common now, they have really good flavors like guava and mango.
Indians don’t kill cows because most everyone in rural environments own one and get milk from it daily. If they kill they cow for beef, they cut off their dairy supplies for a while lol. Also preserving the meat has been difficult up till recently.
Again, the place is diverse, if you go to Punjab you’ll be a small person there. North Indians are half or more caucasian. From what I’ve seen, Indian diets go to shit when the vegetarian ones move to the US and stop consuming much protein at all.

LOL if these threads have taught me anything, it’s that getting drunk and riding a four-wheeler in the mud is more anabolic than cricket, but not as anabolic as basketball.

It’s easy to be negative. Why the fuck critize a Novice bodybuilder in a country that is still developing. Also these young men are natural and not like a Novice contest in the U.S.A. full of anabolic steroid’s. More power to these young men!!! johnny
Thats the SAD part…they ARE on PED’s, Im 100% of it, they guy on the far left is an actually friend of mine and I pinned for him a few times when he began…
Its SHOCKING to hear how much bro science people here follow…its like they dont know/wont google. 80% of PED’s usere here dont know what PCT is or why its even needed.
So one of these guys is your buddy, and you decided to post his picture on the internet, expose his PED use and make fun of him to strangers…haha dude you’re kind of a dick.
He not really a friend, kinda of a duche bag at my hostel that tries his best to mooch off me…far as the pictures he posted them on FB or might as well throw em up here…
O and about the PED thing its NO big deal here…everyone assumes if you bodybulid you are going to use PED’s, besides you can buy Test and Low concentration decca at the pharmacy…so its not really “taboo” or “frowned upon” as much as it is in western culture.

OP’s kind of a racist too, you’ve only been exposed to a microcosm of Indian bodybuilding yet you’re willing to say the sport sucks there. I’m sure we’ve all seen similar ignorance regarding training/PEDs in the US.
If you’re going to put out stereotypes of India, at least talk about the general poopy smell or the constant staring…
Can’t be racist against your own race…wait ( Dave chappels Black White Supremacists) Can
you?
Im not saying ALL the comps are like that, but the majority are. Im just saying I don’t think in ANY type of BB contest in the Western World would produce specimens of this low caliber…just shows how much culture and diet has to do with muscle mass.

Do you have any more information about the competition? I feel like this is a very amateur, super low level comp maybe even without a sanctioning body. It looks like an old school hall stage.
I dig the dude with the mustache! In one of his poses it looks like he has a gut!
The Sheru Classic, I have read and seen videos of Phil, Jay and Kai saying numerous times, how its one of the biggest bodybuilding shows and India is one of the biggest followings of bodybuilding.
