Only guy I ever know who went to jail was a handicapped cyclist. It wasn’t a real jail but he had to go for a week. He did 1000+ pushups a day out of boredom.

Now, if someone who doesn’t lift much, is handicapped, and has no probability of being someone’s girlfriend in the county jail can do that out of boredom, just think what you could do to save your…self.
