Some BBs LOOK ridiculously fat, when in fact there drug regimen is causing massive water retention (ie: Nandrolone). I think its completely plausible that IFBB competitors only gain between 5 and 15 lbs of actual body fat and muscle between shows. The rest is simply water.
So take a look at Ronnie at ‘peak bloat’ ad in a diuretic, and he will be 8 pack ripped within a week.
Many people on this site use this as an excuse for being unjustifiably fat because they have no dietary discipline.
