I’m looking for some high quality, organic, grass fed jerky type products. Bison or beef.
Does anyone know a good place to order some that is relatively cost efficient? I’ve found several sites, but they average around $32 for only 1 pound.

…YOU.
Buy the beef from the co-op, get a jerkey maker, brine it, and make yer own. That way you can control exactly how it’s made.

If you want quality, it’ll cost you, but it’s definitely worth it. No MSG or nitrates either.
Or make your own:

Be careful about overpaying for “grass fed” beef. This recent thread is very illuminating.
